Software Uses Information from Multiple Internal Systems to Quickly Find and Contact the Right Experts
Boston, MA – April 6, 2016 – BA Insight announces the availability of its Expertise Locator - out of the box software used to identify and engage with relevant experts within an organization, immediately enabling employees to take advantage of their company’s collective intelligence. Expertise Locator runs on Microsoft SharePoint and leverages BA Insight’s connectors to aggregate information from a wide variety of internal systems to define and nominate experts in rank order. Users can also take advantage of internet-like sliders to perform interactive exploration of the tradeoffs between criteria, as well as compare options using an "Expert Cart" to select and compare experts.

- Skype Integration – enables immediate chat, phone, video, or email directly from results or from the Expert Cart
