The BA Insight Azure Active Directory Connector makes it possible to surface content from your Azure Active Directory tenancy into a single consolidated search index, along with content from other repositories, making searches such as employee look-up or expertise locator a reality. The connector works with SharePoint 2013/16/19, Azure Cognitive Search, Elasticsearch, AWS Elasticsearch, and Solr.
Our Azure Active Directory Connector:
- Lets you index your user information from Active Directory and select which profile attribute to make searchable.
- The user profile can then be enriched by combining it with information for your other systems such as your LMS, expertise database, etc.
- Information remains in LDAP, and the search index contains a pointer back to the source directory.
