RightFind Federated Connector

Use BA Insight’s SmartHub and our RightFind Federated connector to surface and interleave of citations from RightFind and other applications from across the organization.

The BA Insight RightFind Federated Connector:

• Combine the BA Insight RightFind Federated connector with our SmartHub to enable users to search RightFind content using Natural Language Querying. This combination also enables relevancy tuning including:
  • Admin relevancy tuning
  • User relevancy tuning
  • Analytics and Machine Learning-based ranking
  • Questions and Answers
  • Promoted Results and Best bets
• Supports the automatic translation of the user query to the query language supported by RightFind including:
  • Property restrictions
  • Phrase and simple query term searches
  • Term boosting
• Content remains at the source so when users click on a search result they are taken directly to the original content.
• When used in conjunction with any of the 90+ BA Insight connectors or any of our other Federated Connectors, content that relates to a user’s search is also returned in a single set of search results be it internal or external content.
• Supports filtering of the RightFind content, using Deep and Shallow refiners.
• Content sorting and pagination are available as standard search functionality.
