Guy Mounier, CEO and Chairman of the Board |
| Guy Mounier co-founded the company in 2004 and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and enterprise search applications. Prior to that, he was CTO of Suez, a Global 100 Energy Management Company, where he led multi-million dollar software deployment initiatives worldwide, ranging from PeopleSoft and SAP ERP, Oracle Hyperion BI, and Microsoft SharePoint Portal. Mounier is a frequent speaker in the community and shares his extensive enterprise technologies and search expertise at various key conferences including TechEd, KM World, AIIM and others. Mounier holds a Master’s in Mathematics from Harvard University, Cambridge, MA, and a Master’s in Computer Science from Ecole Centrale, Paris, France. |

Jeff Fried, CTO and VP of Engineering |
| Jeff Fried is focused on strategic applications of search technology. He came to BA Insight from Microsoft where he served as technical product manager for all Microsoft enterprise search products. Fried is a frequent speaker and writer in the industry, holds 15 patents and has authored more than 50 technical papers, and has led the creation of pioneering offerings in next generation search engines, networks, and contact centers. He is a co-author of two new books: Professional SharePoint 2010 Development and Professional Microsoft Search. |

Gary Traynor, CFO |
| Gary Traynor directs the development and execution of BA Insight's financial growth strategy globally. With over 15 years experience as both an investment banker focused on the technology space and as senior management for technology companies, he oversees BA Insight's accounting, internal reporting, and investor relations activities. Prior to joining BA Insight, Traynor served as the COO & CFO of Blue Flame Data, Inc., and as CFO of Portero, successfully guiding both companies through critical growth phases and funding rounds. Prior to his role at Portero, he served as a Vice President of Technology Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley. A native of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Traynor holds a BSBA in finance and accounting from Washington University in St. Louis, a JD/MBA from the University of North Carolina, is a member of the New York State Bar Association, and is an avid mountain biker and rower. |

William Zuckermann, SVP of Sales and Business Development |
| William Zuckermann is responsible for leading BA Insight's global sales and business development teams as well as driving BA Insight's sales strategy. Zuckermann is a long time startup and sales management veteran. He worked most recently as VP North American Sales at Mimecast, a business he joined as the first paid employee and helped grow by 7500% in less than seven years. Before then he led sales at a number of innovative startups including Cergus Software, Inceptor and Zero Knowledge. |

Jeffrey Weil, VP of Client Services |
| Jeffrey Weil directs the customer solutions and support organizations. Prior to joining BA Insight, he held multiple positions at Empirix where most recently he we was General Manager of the $40m Enterprise Communications business directing all aspects of engineering, business development, client services and support and the cloud based managed services products. Prior to Empirix, Weil was Vice President, Services, Support and IT for Frictionless Commerce, where he built and directed all aspects of enterprise pre and post sales customer management, as well as both internal IT and the company's profitable application hosting business for Fortune 500 customers. Weil’s previous experience also includes 11 years at Progress Software, where he led the product management and product strategy organizations for the company's $300 million software product line. |

Inna Gordin, VP of Marketing and Communications |
| Inna Gordin is responsible for development and implementation of company's marketing strategy and direction. She defines marketing tactics to deliver the BA Insight vision to the market. With over 14 years of technology marketing experience, Gordin is responsible for all corporate marketing activities, including online and traditional advertising, event and channel marketing, as well as PR and corporate brand positioning. Prior to BA Insight, Gordin held various VP of Marketing positions in technology companies, including AvePoint, a leading global Microsoft SharePoint Infrastructure Management Software Provider, where she was responsible for all corporate marketing activities and contributing to the company's triple digit growth. Philippe Chambadal, Board Director |
| Philippe Chambadal is currently the CEO of SmartStream - SmartStream provides enterprise-wide, real-time Transaction Lifecycle Management solutions to thousands of clients, including more than 75 of the world's top 100 banks. He led the acquisition of SmartStream in 2007. Chambadal also co-founded MetaMatrix (acquired by Red Hat) after a 15-year career in executive management for high-technology firms. Prior to joining MetaMatrix, he was Vice President, Sales & Marketing of FAME Software (acquired by Sungard), a Warburg Pincus portfolio company until July 1997. Prior to that, Chambadal was Vice President, Sales & Marketing and co-founder of Reuters New Media. While at Reuters, he led the Reuters Money Network, an information service targeted at private investors. Chambadal was responsible for the launch and success of the Reuter Terminal, the first Windows-based product launched in the financial market. He holds a business degree from HEC. |

Philip Eliot, Board Director |
| Philip Eliot is a Principal at Paladin Capital Group and focuses on investments in technology-driven companies in a variety of industries. He has been working with early-stage technology companies since 2000, when he joined FBR Technology Venture Partners, a $200 million venture capital fund focused on software and telecommunications companies in the mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining Paladin, Eliot was a Vice President at Core Capital Partners, where he led investments in software and infrastructure companies including SilverStorm Technologies (acquired by QLogic, NASDAQ: QLGC) and RulesPower Corp. (acquired by Fair, Isaac; NYSE: FIC). He began his career as a consultant at Dean & Company, working in the telecommunications and utilities industries as well as the firm's private equity practice. Todd Pietri, Board Director |
| Todd Pietri is a co-founder and General Partner of Milestone Venture Partners, an early stage venture capital fund focused on technology-enhanced services businesses. In addition to BA Insight, Pietri is responsible for numerous Milestone investments in software, data, and Internet services companies. Sectors of interest and expertise for Pietri include enterprise IT, digital healthcare, financial services IT, business services, media and marketing services. Milestone Venture Partners is based in New York City and was founded in 1999. Prior to Milestone, Pietri was an investment banker, a turn-around LBO firm investment professional, and a software company operating executive. His operating experience spans direct sales, sales management, channel management, business development and business process consulting. Pietri received his BA (cum laude) in English from Duke University in 1989 and his MBA (valedictorian) from the Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University in 1997. He is also a CFA charterholder and a regular guest lecturer on venture capital at The Johnson School, Cornell University’s MBA program. |

Nate Lentz, Board Observer |
| Nate Lentz joined Osage Partners in 2008 having previously been the President and CEO of Verticalnet, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand supply management software solutions, which was sold in January, 2008 to Italy-based BravoSolution. He served as the Malvern, PA-based Verticalnet's CEO for over five years and was attributed with leading the transformation of Verticalnet from an online operator of web portals to a proven software solution provider, while navigating the company through a financial turnaround and ultimately a successful exit. Prior to Verticalnet, Lentz was a Partner at Mercer Management Consulting and led both the San Francisco and the Hong Kong offices. During his time at Mercer, he worked closely with multinational companies and high growth emerging businesses both in the U.S. and in over fifteen countries across Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Lentz began his career at Chemical Bank in New York providing lending and structured finance services to mid-size companies. He is a graduate of Brown University and of the Stanford Graduate School of Business where he graduated with honors. Lentz serves on the Board of Directors of Carnegie Speech, Landslide Technologies, InstaMed, Hard Metrics, ProtonMedia, FieldView and BA Insight. |

Kent Sorensen, Board Director |
| Kent Sorensen, former CEO of Mondosoft (acquired by Surfray), currently holds a number of board positions in mainly tech companies. He has an educational background of two master degrees – a Master of Geophysics and a MBA with a focus on managing organizational change. Prior to his career as a professional board member Sorensen has had a long career of building his own company in the environmental and Clean Tech sector selling that company to a large Danish contractor in 2003. After that he was headhunted by venture funds to a number of years in the IT industry working on a managerial level with financial turn-around and clean-up in a number of IT companies. During his entire career Sorensen has been a board member in several high tech companies in IT, Health care and Clean Tech. For a long period of time he has also been a board member at a seed capital venture fund. Sorensen was awarded the Annual Award 2007 by the Danish Science Park Association. He focuses on helping organizations build strong and ambitious business plans, helps management build healthy organizations and reliable reporting on the performance indicators of the organization. At the same time Sorensen’s detailed knowledge of business development in high tech companies helps the organizations bridge the gap between technology and high growth and profitable business. |
