20. 7 Steps to Building an Intranet that Your Employees will Love

Your intranet brings with it the baggage of history. Users are accustomed to consumer tools that look great, move quickly, and allow them to find whatever they need to find, when they need to find it. But these same users are equally accustomed to their business tools that are historically slow, awash in complex menus, and ill-suited to deliver the kind of results they need to do their jobs.

Today on the show, BA Insight Chief Customer Officer Sean Coleman, and Emgage Head of Product Development Harout Katerjian join us to share seven steps to building an internet that your employees will love.
